Pre – 2020 Camargo & Wolf, Marcel Camargo (Michael Buble) and Destani Wolf (Cirque Du Soleil), landed in LA, home in Cali from tours, and created their first single together “Dandelion Dream Girl”. When our world shifted, they found themselves home with canceled tours realizing the seed of their inspiration was planted and more relevant than ever. “Dandelion Dream Girl” evolved from yearning to unite our polarized communities, to also understanding that even through our isolation we are connected. This gentle uplifting song is a hopeful wish to hold each other up and know “You’re not the only one. Change is gonna come”. Their sound is nostalgic yet current with a feel good, soulful vibe, magnified with the expanded instrumentation through powerful musicians, Michael Shapiro (drums), Leo Costa (percussion) and André de Santanna (bass) and Yonatan Elkayam (co-producer). “Dandelion Dream Girl” revealed their “vision of the world” through their song of vocal whispers of melodic ease and unifying lyrics, traveling along Brazilian and R&B rhythms. This joyous song is a testament to the faith that we are in this journey together.
